Join me for a weekly Vinyasa Class with Mantra Singing at Moinho Calmo in Vila do Bispo.
The class will be a fusion of mantra chanting and vinyasa yoga flows. The mantras allow us to open intuitive movements and invite deeper meaning to our practice.
