Most people like to receive the nurturing power of touch. But giving treatment to someone else is also a beautiful act of sharing and connecting on a deeper level. Giving to others enhances intuition and empathy and is a wonderful skill in any community.
In this workshop, Paulo will guide you on giving and receiving a Thai Yoga Massage. You will go through basic principles and techniques and have a tangible experience of what it is like to offer Thai Yoga Massage. Be prepared for some “ouch!” 🙂 moments as you will be asked to lend your body for others to learn. Also, be ready to receive mountains of gratitude once you grow in effectiveness and can help others release deep inner tensions.
Welcome to attend coupled up, paired with pals, or solo – either way, you will have a massage buddy to work and have fun with 🙂
