Welcome to SOMA GROOVE – A Journey Within

I am extremely happy to bring Soma Groove to the Sunny South, opening up our practice to the magical Algarve and Costa Vicentina!

Join us on our first session at La Casa Del Corpo in Lagos and embrace the ride!

For 90 min we will explore the connection between different parts of your inner world, discover and work on emotions and memories engraved in your body, with care, lightness and fluidity.
The flow will have moments of breathwork, somatic experiencing, ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, dance-movement therapy, music therapy, breathwork, mindfulness and polyvagal therapy, ending with a moment of relaxation and integration of the experience.

Open to everyone, including those who (think) don’t know how to dance.
