Come join us in Espiche Yoga Studio every Saturday from 16:00-18:00 in a beautiful class combining yoga, dance, chants and meditation where we tune into our bodies, minds and souls and learn to let go?

All genders, ages and levels of experience welcome!!

My Shakti Dance classes consist of 8 phases with a constant musical presence, we start with a tune in to prepare our body, mind and souls. We then go into some gentle flowing asanas where we start to open up our chakras and warm up our physical bodies, then moving into some basic choreographed steps where we embody the elements and continue to open our bodies. We progress into an open dance and free flowing movement where we are fully within all of our bodies and follow how we feel, this is where so much of the magic happens!! After some time we relax and rest in shavasana and then preform a celestial communication (moving meditation) to connect with the collective consciousness while we’re still in an open state. We finish with a silent meditation and then a closing of the space.

Please bring some drinking water, everything else is provided!
