Come join us every Thursday in Espiche yoga studio for Qigong class! Treat yourself with a 1 hour practice, starting at 9.45, it is good for your mind, body and soul. We do exercises for stability and balance, breathing practice, sequences for organs based on the elements ie water for kidneys and bladder, and sometimes add simple but powerful feldenkrais techniques that improve body awareness.

No previous experience necessary.
