How to connect to the group, to feel the energy of each one in order to be in the perfect place at the perfect time? How to adapt your movements to create a harmony of movement within the group.

Besides the technical knowledge, learning to feel a group and its energies is a real tool for personal development and self-knowledge, which can be used at any time in our daily lives. What if, because we have learned to develop this knowledge, we were always in the perfect place at the perfect time in our lives?

Hi, I’m Marine, you may know me as I’m in charge of the organisation at the Casa Del Corpo Lagos studio. I am very happy to share with you a part of this vast theme. Dance has changed my life, I hope through this workshop to bring additional tools to yours.
I am trained as a kinesiology therapist, and have worked in different performance and improvisation companies. Until I created my own project in 2017.
I have been training in contemporary dance for over 10 years.
I currently work as an energy therapist, conscious event organiser and workshop facilitator.
