A workshop inspired by Syntropic Agroforestry and ThetaHealing

We hereby invite you to an opportunity to get to know the powerful method that is based on the wisdom of nature. Restore Nature Foundation believes Syntropic Agroforestry to be amongst the most hopeful methods in the extreme conditions of the Algarve to:

🌱regenerate the ecosystem

🌱produce a variety of food

🌱tune into natural processes and human’s role in the macro system of planet earth.

Experiment and learn with us as we implement a small dense ecosystem close to Odiaxere. After an interactive explainatory session covering the core principles of agroforestry and which desicions led to design of the project area, we go through all the steps of implementation so you can get a good idea of what it entails. You’ll have the chance to learn about:

🌱 the principles of SAF that guided our design process

🌱 which plants were chosen in the design and why these plants were chosen

🌱 our steps of implementation, from preparations to the actual planting.

To add another layer, you will be guided through some simple breathwork exercises to open your senses and tune into your body, the group energy and the natural environment.

Uta will guide you through the basic ThetaHealing meditation and through ideas from ThetaHealing how to use this work with plants and our Mother Earth.

ThetaHealing is a powerful meditation technique that enables you to find a deep connection to your subconscious and to the creator. We will get to know how to connect and communicate with plants, create for and with them with tools and techniques from ThetaHealing.

Delicious veggie lunch will be part of the workshop.
