This workshop can change and deepen the way you meet all the relationships in your life – the one with yourself and others. You’ll get guidance and skills to find more inner clarity, confidence, self-love and to strengthen the ability to build alive and heart-open connections. You’ll experience group and partner exercises, guided meditations and many alive moments. We meet in a practice that guides you towards a sense of wholeness, always with the maxim: Follow the aliveness!
