Sometimes we found ourselves stuck in a pattern of painful behaviours or experiences in relationship, money, or health. Often the causes of struggles didn’t start with us, but were rather reflections of imbalances in the family system from the past.

Each of us is like a star in the sky, together with our family and communities we form constellations, in which each star, dim or bright, is essential. Family Constellation reveals the dynamic of an issue in a relational field. It’s a work of repairing and restoring the hidden, the distorted and the excluded elements back to their rightful place where love and healing flows freely.

We will integrate the session with Somatic Experiencing practices of felt-senses, voice and movements, with pair-up constellation exercises to explore a chosen topic, and one or two group constellations.
