This complex movement workshop invites you to embody vulnerability of being open and seen honestly connecting with others in our life.

Moving and engaging with mindfulness, free writing, breath- and bodywork we look for what is true to us out of the comfort zone, embodying vulnerability as power to manifest our deepest desires. 

This is an opportunity to show up wherever you are: in joy or pain without judgments coming to more authentic self expression and relationships.

Workshop consists of 5 phases: sensing, breathing, moving, connecting and reflecting. 

You can take your notebook, pen and comfy clothes.

Location: La Casa Del Corpo, Lagos 

Time: 2/02 6.30-8.30 pm

Fee: donation (€15-25 suggested). If you have any financial difficulties you can join by suitable contribution.

Sasha Lytvyn – movement artist, researcher, teacher.

Through various backgrounds in dance, free movement, mindfulness, somatic, creative writing, offers diverse experience of movement, accessible for everyone in their own authentic way.
