In this workshop, we will move through a series of exercises designed to activate the right and left brain simultaneously.

This process, can unexpectedly unleash creative powers that you don’t even know exist within you…

Feeling your boundaries, your yes and your no…

Drawing parts of your inner world…
Intuitive writing… Dance your drawing…

Move through spoken words… Dance some characters that exist in your psyche…

I don’t pretend to be a therapist, but, to be honest, the feedback that I receive from people is that my workshop has definitely a therapeutic aspect.

Similar to Biodanza or Family Constellation, the group becomes a safe container that allows us to dive into our inner world and to let healing processes emerge.

About me:
I’ve been dancing contact improvisation and partner dancing really intensely (almost on a daily basis) for over 15 years.

I also dive deep into improvisation theater, where my explorations in emotional stress release and trauma healing could reach deeper levels.

The combination of dance, expression and creativity leads me to understand how precious and healing it is to dive together in a group.
