Connecting With Your TRUE Self is my most popular workshop, where we always create deep connection, growth, love, truth…and the magic that emerges from real authenticity.
Beginners are specially welcome, but it also works for people with previous experience in conscious sexuality / tantra.

Event description:
João Mar creates a safe & lovingly held space for you to open, discover and journey deeper into your true self, using simple yet effective exercises including touch, movement, breath and conscious communication.
In this workshop, you will:
• Enhance your awareness in listening to and honouring your body and yourself
• Find ways to rid yourself of masks that no longer serve you
• Meet others in a conscious and respectful way
• Explore ways to integrate harmony, authenticity and empowerment into your everyday life

• Find ways to connect more deeply with your true, spiritual self
• Celebrate all that you are and step more fully into your power
• Strengthen your ability to express your wants, needs & desires (learn to say “no” with love)
• Develop tools to treat yourself with more compassion & self-love
• Explore your sensual, playful & innocent side in empowering, fun & juicy ways
• Find a space to give yourself permission to been seen and supported, in all your richness and variety
• Discover the beauty & magic of connecting to others from that open and authentic space
This workshop is a deep and beautiful experience. A space to meet like-minded others and have fun, whilst being provided with tools that can aid in growth and expansion, which you can then incorporate into your daily life.
This is a loving, conscious and respectful event where your boundaries will be respected at all times. There will be no nudity and no unwanted touch.
