Back & Foot Massage Workshop

Would you like to learn how to give a special massage and receive one as well? This is a hands-on workshop from start to finish, focusing on the impactful & efficient points for deep relaxation. You can join us in Espiche Yoga Studio on Sunday, April 2nd from 14.00-17.00.

What is so special about this event? The intention is for you to come in a pair, whether it is your partner, family member or friend. Come with someone you are open and comfortable with, as an important aspect of massages is trust and feedback from the recipient. Techniques that we will learn throughout the workshop will be possible to repeat at home and you will also get massaged while learning!

The workshop will be held for 3 pairs only.

You will be guided throughout the workshop by Tadej, a skilled practitioner with combined experience of classical massage, foot and hands reflexology and cranio sacral therapy.

The payment is sliding scale €35-€50 per person.
