Do you feel a longing for dancing and party on really nice music?

Or do you feel sometimes on a dancefloor that you hold yourself back to connect with others, because you don’t feel 100% safe about bounderies and contact ?

On this evening, fun & pleasure will meet safety & bounderies!

So that your life energy can flow!

It’s a place where you can:
-Dance Contact-Improvisation
-Improvise on partner dancing setup
-Explore sensual dancing within a safe frame
-Dance alone

We have a frame and guidelines that creates a safe container for you:

Putting attention on the boundaries, allow easy ways to express them and other little things that contributes to make this “celebration of life” secure and unforgettable.

About Mateo:
I’ve been dancing contact improv and partner dancing really intensely (almost on a daily basis) for over 15 years.

My studies about trauma and attachment theory lead me to the core question:
how can we allow our spontaneous self? And how can we create a felt sense of safety while dancing and connecting deeply with others?

I will co-host this event with my partner and assistant Ellen.

About Ellen:
Ellen has a 10 years background in a self-healing process to get her health and aliveness back.

Working with movement and sensuality within a safe frame, became her medicine to release stress and tension. And to feel safe again in a female body.

She gives Sensual Tension Release sessions and finished the Tao Training about Transformational Sexuality Coaching.

She inspires people who wants to create more safety, healing and depth by slow intimacy in relationships.

Time schedule

19H30: Arrival

20H: Silence, Dropping in our Bodies, Landing in the space.

20H15: Opening Ritual
(You have to be on time because at 20H15, we close the doors to create a safe container)

23H: Closing ritual
(You can leave when you want but it will be nice if we close the portal all together)
