Looking forward to an extra special class for the Solstice this Wednesday!! Come join us for our weekly Shakti Dance, the Yoga of Dance class where we’ll embody and celebrate the elements as we let go of our old bad habits and create new positive patterns in our lives 💫

All genders, ages and levels of experience welcome!! Please bring a yoga mat, blanket for relaxation and some drinking water 🙏
