This new moon ceremony is dedicated to the reset of our energy, storing stagnant one and opening the space for another fulfilling before a new moon cycle with breathing and movement.

Osho chakra breathing 

The practice is aimed to balance the energetic system with breathing through energy centers cleaning them. This work on an energetic body brings vitality to the physical body. Result is a feeling of the free flow experienced in two phases of movement and stillness which makes us more alive and refreshed. Duration: 1 hour 

Authentic movement

Movement improvisation practice which goal is to allow people to connect with body and mind and let their inner experiences move through to release it. In a space during an agreed time, process goes within movers and witnesses. Movers are invited first to close their eyes and move, attending to inner experience supported by compassionate witness. Further both have feedback spotlighting what happened before they will change their roles. Duration: 1 hour
