Sometimes we stuck in a pattern of painful behaviours or experiences, in relationship, money, or health. Often the causes of struggles didn’t start with us, but rather reflections of imbalances in the family system.

Each of us is like a star in the sky, together with our family we form constellations, in which each star, dim or bright, is essential. Family Constellation reveals the dynamic of an issue in a relational field. It’s a work of repairing and restoring the hidden, the distorted and the excluded elements back to their rightful place. When the truth and the past are honoured, we can then relax and say Yes to Life as it has been- and allow love and healing to flow in the present.

Somatic Experiencing practices, including felt-senses practices, voice and body movements, would be integrated to release stored trauma in the nervous system and in the body.
