About Silja:
Silja is an embodiment coach and authentic relating facilitator from Germany. Having faced her own struggles with loneliness and isolation, she now helps others break through emotional barriers to experience more authentic, fulfilling relationships. Her work is all about creating spaces where people can safely challenge old patterns and embrace new ways of connecting.
